Shipping:

Please note that while most orders ship out pretty fast, processing can take up to 5-7 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped with USPS.

Refunds:

We pride ourselves in packing all orders with love and care and are not responsible for damaged packages caused by the carrier. 

Due to the nature of Galasso Beauty goods, we will not be issuing refunds.

We will not issue refunds for missing packages.

Galasso Beauty will not be held responsible for packages once shipped out and in the care of USPS.
